The Quebec Cancer Foundation is pleased to welcome two new members to its Board of Directors: Ms. Julie Chamard, D.Ps. and Mr. Loth Siemeni, CRHA, Msc, DESS.
Julie Chamard, D.Ps.
For more than 15 years, Julie Chamard has been helping managers at every level to prioritize the human dimension in achieving the objectives of their organization. Her primary areas of expertise are strategy, organizational performance and change management. In addition to her profile as a management consultant, Julie Chamard also has several years of clinical experience working with a variety of clients dealing with mental health issues.“It is with great humility, enthusiasm and openness that I hope to contribute to the Foundation's mission. This represents a great learning opportunity for me and a concrete way to help Quebecers suffering from cancer.” says Julie Chamard, who is a Doctor of Occupational Psychology and a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec.
Through her level of commitment and the complementary nature of her expertise, Julie Chamard is an excellent ally of the Quebec Cancer Foundation.
“I am convinced that Julie Chamard's academic and professional background will add an interesting perspective to the board. We have been won over by her creative approach and her connection to the strategic reality of our organization, as well as by her level of commitment to various causes, particularly in the health field.” says Marco Décelles, Director General, Quebec Cancer Foundation.
Loth Siemeni, CRHA, Msc, DESS
Loth Siemeni is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec (CRHA) and has several years’ experience in organizational development, particularly in the health field.“My family has been deeply affected by cancer. Today, I put all my efforts into helping those dealing with the disease. As a member of the Quebec Cancer Foundation’s Board of Directors I will be able to give more concrete support to this cause.” says Loth Siemeni, Doctor of Occupational Psychology and member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec, and Employer Coordinator at the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ).
Loth Siemeni is a committed individual who is particularly sensitive to issues of solidarity, social responsibility and ethics.
As Chairman of the Board of Directors of a local cooperative bank in France, he translated his commitment into concrete action in the field of health and social services, by promoting palliative care and support for patients, their caregivers and their families as the theme of a general assembly.
“It is a privilege to be able to count on Loth Siemeni's commitment. His varied expertise and his experience with people affected by cancer will allow us to better address the real needs of the people we support on a daily basis.” said Michel L. Lesage, Chairman of the Quebec Cancer Foundation’s Board of Directors.
The entire Foundation team joins with the Chairman of the Board and the Executive Director in welcoming Julie and Loth!
The members of the Board of Directors support the cause in various ways and utilize their network to promote the Quebec Cancer Foundation throughout Quebec.
