Last August, the Quebec Cancer Foundation launched an online directory of resources for the healthcare system and for people affected by cancer and their loved ones. Today, the thousands of resources indexed in this directory are also available in English.

To mark the return of the album Country in record stores on November 6, Guylaine Tanguay is presenting a second video clip featuring L'incontournable, a number from her Country album that was released on May 28. Since last May, Quebecers of all ages and backgrounds have been mobilizing across the province in preparation for the 3rd edition of La marche du Grand défoulement, which has been reinvented this year in response to COVID-19 as "La marche de chez toi" (the "Walk-at-home"). Together, despite these difficult times, they raised more than $260,000 for the Quebec Cancer Foundation.

It is with the deepest sorrow that we pay tribute here to Caroline Nadeau, a beneficiary of our complementary therapies, who passed away this summer. A tribute may move us to tears, but it can also help to calm us. It leads us to understand that dealing with loss does not mean forgetting the person who has left us, but keeping alive the memory of what she brought us.

Ever since the pandemic was first announced last March, the Quebec Cancer Foundation has been redoubling its efforts to find creative solutions that will enable it to continue supporting Quebecers with cancer and their loved ones. The services we offer have been revamped to ensure that they are maintained as fully as possible. The charity events have also been reinvented in order to adapt to the current context. Following is a brief overview of the changes that have already taken place, or will do so in the near future, along with a number of new features.

​This year almost everything in Quebec is in virtual mode–except for cancer, which is unfortunately still very real! Even though the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux has recognized and retained its services as essential, the Quebec Cancer Foundation still has to continue its fundraising activities. This is why the 2020 edition of the Quebec Cancer Foundation's Cancerto series must be held this year—and it will!
