On November 3, close to 650 people gathered in the Palais Montcalm for an event presented as part of Cancerto. The event, which featured a cocktail reception followed by a highly emotional performance delivered by the Orchestre du Septième Art, raised $58,000 net. These people had all come together in a show of solidarity for the Foundation's programs and services, which every year provide support to thousands affected by cancer, not only in Quebec City, but throughout the Province.

​On November 3, over 200 people gathered at the DoubleTree by Hilton Gatineau-Ottawa for an event presented as part of the 6^th edition of Cancerto, under this year’s theme “De coeur et de rythme”. The event, which featured a cocktail reception followed by a highly emotional performance delivered by Kim Richardson, raised $70,800.

On November 1, close to 200 people gathered in the Théâtre Granada for an event presented as part of the 10^th edition of Cancerto, under this year’s theme “Soirée sous les étoiles”. The event, which featured a cocktail reception followed by a highly emotional performance delivered by Gabrielle Shonk, raised $50,500.

In the 8^th edition of Compostelle en tandem, 24 participants undertook the nearly 200 km walk, accompanied by the tour operator of Buen Camino sur les chemins de La Tienda. They assumed this personal challenge mindful of the hardships faced daily by people affected by cancer. Thanks to these walkers, and all those who supported them, nearly $53,000 has been raised in support of the thousands of Quebecers with cancer, and their families.

On October 25, some 200 people gathered in the Salle Anaïs-Barbeau-Allard for an event presented as part of the 8th edition of Cancerto, under this year’s theme “Just for the cause!”. The event, which featured a cocktail reception followed by a highly emotional performance delivered by Marie-Eve Janvier and Jean-François Breau, raised over than $27,000.
