OB YOGA has designed a class specifically for people receiving treatment for cancer, gently followed by a guided meditation period to relieve the stress of the ordeal. Isabelle O'Brien, who will lead these classes, is certified in oncology yoga by the University of Calgary.
To qualify, please send all documentation relating to your doctor’s diagnosis or your treatment journal (a photo taken with your phone is fine). After checking your records, and with your doctor's approval, you will receive confirmation of your acceptance in the free OB YOGA program.
