Connected to the university-affiliated regional hospital, our accommodation centre in Trois-Rivières offers you pleasant and safe surroundings so that you can concentrate on getting well. Our personnel will welcome you warmly and do their best to respond to your needs and meet your expectations.

Several stores are located near the Lodge, such as convenience stores, pharmacies and restaurants, shopping centres. In addition, you have easy access to several bus lines to facilitate your travel around the city.

A receptionist will be available to take care of your admission and show you the facilities.


Morning: from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Afternoon: from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Evening: from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Sundays and holidays

Evenings: 4:00 to 9:00 p.m.

The day of your departure, you must leave your room by 10:00 a.m. after making your final payment.
You can reserve your place at the Trois-Rivières Lodge as soon as you have the official date for your first treatment or your tests, along with the number of treatments.

To reserve, you need only to phone us at 819 693-4242. If possible, have in hand your hospital card, your health insurance card (RAMQ), a pencil and some paper.
The Trois-Rivières Lodge offers parking spaces, which are made available free of charge to residents.
A parking vignette to hang from your rear view mirror will be given you on arrival.

Please note that parking spaces are limited.
An allowance for meals is included in the cost of a night’s stay for persons who have cancer and their companion. On your arrival, you will receive meal coupons valid in the cafeteria of the Trois-Rivières Hospital. The value of these coupons usually covers meal costs. However, depending on your menu choices, you may have extra charges.

Meal schedule at the Trois-Rivières Hospital

Breakfast: from 6:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
Dinner: from 11:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. (from 1:45 p.m. service is limited to self-service items  available)
Supper: from 4:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Prepare your own meals

Tired of eating out? Our common kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, just like at home. Food cupboards and refrigerators are available to you to store your food.
The Trois-Rivières Lodge offers you various activities to help you relax or spend time socializing with other residents. We propose to you, among others, our three types of complementary therapy, all offered by professionals who adapt their practice to persons with cancer. Furthermore, each week our dedicated volunteers organize activities and outings for a refreshing change in good company.

The Trois-Rivières Lodge has 12 double occupancy rooms. Our comfortable rooms offer you:

The Trois-Rivières Lodge allows you to stay near your place of treatment at a very affordable price. The rate for one night varies according to your status. 
Double occupancy. For persons being treated for cancer, whether it is in the period of investigation, treatment or during follow-up visits.

Single occupancy. For persons being treated for cancer and holding a medical form signed by the family doctor.

Please note that the Trois-Rivières Lodge does not accept payment when covered by insurance, organizations or others. You must personally pay the cost of your stay before departure either by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), check or cash.
